The first week of April saw National Cask Ale week arrive in style in the Butcombe pub estate.
Thousands took up the offers of 'curry and a pint', 'bangers and mash and a pint' and 'beer battered fish and chips and a pint', and on Wednesday, all 15 Butcombe pubs hosted simultaneous quizzes.
Countless pints were sold during a week which Butcombe Brewery brought to a dramatic close on Saturday 4th April with an open day at the Brewery in Wrington.
Loads of people, loads of tours, loads of beer drunk...and the Mendip Morris Men to boot!
